how to wire up stop lights? (truck)

ok... i have a 2004 f-150, and i just put a light bar on the front and 3 procomp 130 watt lights on the bar. how to i wire the lights/to what power sorce? and where is the safest spot to bring the wires back into the cab for the switch

oh come on... SOMEONE on here has wires up some lights on any kinda of truck before!
