Just got my aluminum rear brake resevior(pipe melted the stock one). It looks good, but not for sure how it looks on the bike yet b/c I'm out of town. Anybody else have one of these, how do you like it?

I got one and it looks cool when the plastics are off. I haven't ahd any problems with it coming loose or any sign of wearing besides getting dirty. The only thing is paying for a billet one which you can't even see is kinda pointless unless your having the problem you are having with the stock plastic one melting.

Look close and you can see it...

I took my stock muffler off while in the process of putting my FMF on and had to run to my firends house next door to get a wrench and me being a dumb *** rode it with just the header on and it pretty much melted to nothing....The ones at Noss Machining sell for $65, that is ridiculous....I was going to buy somethignoff ebay and the guy said he had other 300 parts not listed on ebay and it just so happened he had an aluminum res. I got it for $18 total w/ shipping, that was steal.

Yeah I bought mine from RIS Designs. It actually came in a group pack with the front resavoir and tank cover. I think it was 80.00 for all three if I remember correctly. You can't go wrong paying 18.00
