Broken wrist

I have just broken my wrist (scafoid) bone i was wandering if any one else has done the same or similar injury and if long was your recovery

any help would much appreciated thanks

I think mine took 5 or 6 weeks to heal.. But I rode during the process so I'm not sure if that changed my healing at all :o

I broke my lunate in my other wrist and it took 5 weeks to heal.

Metacarpal i think is what i broke. Took 3 motnhs in a full arm cast the first time, and 4 months the second time (1/2 full arm and 1/2 short arm casts).

I broke mine well over a year ago and I'm still having problems with it...
A couple of months ago I sprang my other wrist and I'm having trouble with that one also.

What bone did Dave Routley ( hitachi ) break at Para ? his healed up pretty fast. Isaacs got a set of spare blue elastomers ( softest ) for the flexx bars if ya need em to help the healing process.
Have you tried riding one handed yet ?

thanks pete i would ride one handed if it was my non throttle hand i will be out for the rest of the year i reconds

I thought it was your left wrist.
I reckon youll be back befor the end of the year, with the right excercises/physio and a good wrist support/guard and you will be shredden again in no time.
