will a stroker motor produce a lot of torque for a 400ex i was thinkin about getting a 460 stroker i ride mainly trails and really steep hills and need alot more bottom end torque

yeah. mine buddies dad has that and he beats al the 450's

Yes, a stroker will increase the torque significantly. The trade off is that you will loose some rpms off the top end due to more piston travel as well as a bit more wear due to increased rod angles at mid stroke.
