450r front master cylinder

my mate gave me his old 450r mater clyinider a week ago i put it on, oooohhhh boy dose it have a better feel the the old 400ex won.

What is different from the 450r master cylinder and the 400ex master cylinder?

Was the fluid in the 400ex ever changed? I belive it is recommended the fluid be changed annually. Just wondering if it was the the master cylinder that improved things or if adding new fluid did it, assuming the lines were bled with fresh fluid after the 450r cylinder was installed;)

Na it got a better feel to the brakes yeah it did improve things , and yes i did change the fluid in the old 400ex master cylinder

Does the 450r use the same brake lever as a 400ex? I think I may swap over to a 450r master cylinder.

yeah u can put the 400ex front brake lever on the 450r master cylinder, but I'm gona get a new lever mines bent.

i didn't c any difference when i put it on, the only difference is that it wont have the pivit adjuster thing but u can bye won like i am.
