maxxis all-trak or sur-trak for snow

I have been looking for a snow tire for my 400EX now for awhile and I have narrowed my pick down to the all-trak and the sur-trak. I have no experience with these tires, if any of you do tell me what both of these tires are like in the snow, wear, ride softness and whatever else you can think of. And if i put these on my 400EX I will have to go to a 14 tooth front sprocket because of the bigger tires, if I am not right tell me.

if you go all trak you have 22x 11x8 ,22x 11 x 9 ,22 x 11 x 10
sure trak got a 23 x 8 x 11 , 24 x 9 x 11
but if your looking for a really good snow tire go for the 22 x 10 x 9 realtor a/t there made by pure sports and are a multi directional tire to so it'll be good in snow, mud , sand and trials and what not so i just thought you should get my 2 cents worht lol
