This is my type of question lol, I am into rc trucks and airplanes...
not sure what a TR 15 is, who makes it? that will help me and what kinda starting method are you useing?
Bump start,ez wand start, tiger start or what????

I would say giving it some more thottle while trying to crank it.
What size motor is it also???

I myself run Traxxas trucks I have a Eletric Stampede and Rustler and a Nitro Ruster 2.5 , my father has a Revo 3.3

Cool , i feel for you having a recoil starter, I love my ezx start. but did you put your finger over the exhust to prime it... if not do that and then move your finger and see what happens.

Well if the plug is hot and its primed it should start, i'm not sure why it isnt. Also make sure you have the idle screw adjusted right on the carb.

did you have it running at all? or you havent gotten it started since you got the car?

are you useing a on board ignitor for the plug? or a external one?
Sometimes the glow plugs look bright but really arent getting enough juice belive it or not....

havnt got it to start yet at all. i think ive flooded it now trying so much its starting to spit some fuel out the exhaust also using the external one i didnt know their is a onboard one. i wasnt doing the prime with my finger on the exhaust but i just went out and tryed it still nothing.

Try messing with the needles. I have found that most come relatively rich, so leaning it out a bit will probably help. Try messing with the low speed in small increments and see how it works.

Oh alright... well driffrent trucks haver driffrent things... my trucks everything is on board all I do is take this wand thing and stick it in the hole on the truck and push a button and it feeds power to the plug and it has a on board starter that turns over the engine just like a automobile... its really nice like that

all are driffrent..

Are the adjustments set where the factory says to have them?

it should crank if you have fuel and its goign to the carb and you have power to the plug.
