I'm going to get a slip-on soon for my 04 and was thinking the hmf ironman pipe. Any good?

IMO hmf has the best slip on u can buy. i have the full system for my 400 and i love it, it sounds great and gave me a big power gain.

HMF makes great pipes. I just traded my BB HMF carbon fiber full system for an Nmotion... and i liked the HMF better so far. Tons of torque. I recommend HMF.

Ive had the HMF ironman proseries on my 450R for a few weeks now. Even for just a slipon this thing is amazing. TONS of torque and the power up top is great too. Its a bit on the loud side but not crazy loud. Well worth is still!

does anyone know the decibels on the hmf slip on to go with the hrc kit??

Its a lil bit over 100db but HMF sells a quiet core insert you can buy with it. that brings the db levels down under 100 so youll be all good to go for races or forests that dont want it to loud. I plan on gettin one when i need it to be a lil more quiet.

it think it is 96db with the insert

Thinking now... I have a red (Powdercoated) HMF slip-on for the 04-05 450rs I am trying to sell. If you or anyone else wants it, make me some offers. The thing is pretty much like new. I am changing the set-up of the bike completely and a slip-on just isn't gonna cut it for the way my engine will be flowing afterwards.
