i was thinkin of getting one of those rossier pipes next year sometime (maybe), but i was wanting to jet the carb myself and save around $60.......although ive never done it before but everyone starts somewhere right, anyway i was wanting to know where i might get one of those big maintenece books at, and how good are they? (if anyone has one)

they work good they tell you every thing you need to know
u can get one at any place that sells honda parts i got 1
for my 250R tells me a whole bunch of stuff i did not know

they cost about 30-45$

if you go to your dealer they will order one for you but i have also herd of a site where you can download it too. the site slips my mind at the sec so i hope someone will chime in with it.

well before i posted this i checked the clymer site, but they dont make em, so i seem to remember that theres 2 other companies that make these books.

its an 04 ckasper, although i imagine an 05 book would be just as useful.

Get the factory manual from ebay or rockymountain.

The one i got from rockymountainatv.com has 04/05 and 06 ER information in it. They just update them every year i think if honda updates.
