Im installing a new asv f3 clutch lever/perch and Cant figure out whats going on with my clutch cable. I cant get it to disengage. I can manually pull it all the way out with my hand and nothing. Whats going ON!!!??? Even hooked up it does nothing. IVe played with tension and so on. Help me out im Frustrated
