I was talking to a local Honda dealer on how I can get more power from my 400ex. I'm a little bummed about the power now that I'm used to the bike and being a 6'4 260 lb person I need some more power to get up those sand hills.
The Honda tech suggested I go with a 440 kit (not a stroker), which includes resleeving, piston kit, cam, and rocker arms for $1000. How much power will I gain from this???
my other option--
I was reading alot of posts here on strokers. I went to a local shop called Trinity Racing and they will completely install a 465 stroker kit for the bargain :blah: price od $2400. They claim 48 HP.
I know that this will definatly work for me power wise, but will it overheat? I do a lot of trail riding where I'm out for 3-4 hours straight on dirt roads.
