wont kick?

I got a 250r with a 350PV engine...it died out while riding and wont kickstart at all...its just stuck and wont kick over...i know im gonna need to replace things but any ideas about what is could be so i know how much it will cost before i start doing it...

3 things it could be either your piston is seized or your crankbearing is out, or you have gears binding take it apart n see.
