bent shast i think? help!!

guys, i think i bent the steering shaft at the point were the handle bar clamps bolt to steering shaft. the welded part, how can i fix this.

any help please!!!!!

get a new one, i tried to fix mine, and it just wasn't right. It'll never be the same. My honda dealer sells 'em for $60.61.
