Well I have been riding Nick Bender Proving Grounds a lot latly, and theres this down hill tripple. It not that big maybe 65-70ft, but the other day I launched it and probably got to around 90-95 and landed pretty hard. Later in the day when I was leaving I loaded my quad and noticed the subframe was a little loose.

So I got it home and gave it a bath. It took me about 5 hrs to clean it.

Heres the culprit for the loose subframe, Its the second time I have snapped these bolts. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yep I've broken those bolts also. I was checking over my quad before a race and noticed the subframe was loose. Took the plastic off and one bolts was broken and the other 3 where very loose. I ended up having to drill out the broken bolt and just ran a longer bolt through and put a nut on the end. I now check them pretty regular.

I have broken several of those bolts. go to your local hardware store and replace it with a grade "a" bolt of the same pitch and size... since that bolt broke check the others to see if they have come loose.

my subframe is starting to break on the left side where it is welded to the main frame, I think it has to do with riding the bike after the bolts were broken
