denton steering damper??

Is the Denton steering damper a nice unit or should I look into something else.I also would like to know if the 450 honda and 400 ex use the same damper?.Dealership is selling them locally for 159.00 and my broken hand needs all the help I can give it.:(

the steering stem mount is different..the 450 has a bigger diameter...

Thanks for the info I found another crappy dealership RG HONDA YAMAHA of Clarksburg WV and they said they had the 250r/400 ex damper in stock so I drove 60 miles and it was the crappy black body non rebuildable one,and the wanted 200 bux for it!!! I ordered the right one for my quad and it is the rebuildable one.Thanks for the help.I got it for 159.00 which is decent I guess.I really need it as my wrist is really jacked up.
