250r vs 400ex

will my 05 400ex keep up with up with a 250r 3wheeler in the sand i am pipied and have sand tires, the 250r is stock?

no 250r 4 wheelers r bad.....they will blow buy u pretty easy on top end.........one comes down 2 were i ride n no 400 can hang with it.....it gives 450r's a run.....u might beat him off the start but other than that the 250 has got u

if it is a 3 wheeler it is gonna b lighter than the 4 wheeler........sorry i meant 2 say 3 wheeler on my last post

yeah, i think you will loose unless the 3 wheeler doesnt have sand tires

agreed! the tires will make a huge difference in the sand.

That right!!! I smoked a worked banshee in the sand because the guy never had paddles. Well not smoked, but off the line I had him by forever, but he caught traction and passed me at the very very end.

250R 3-wheeler will blow you away without even thinking twice.For one its lighter and for 2 the 3-wheeler will basically just hover across the sand, you could possibly win if you get close enough to it to stick a pipe in wheel hahahahah j/k but you will get smoked like a blunt.

Race him on pavement so he cant keep his front down and have to let off.

I drag race and have beet 250r's on the drag strip with my 416. I have 12.1 comp, 450r carb, msd ign., lowered all around, no lid k&n filter, appropriate jetting, stage 3 cam, extensive port work, WB full pro exhaust and c-12 race fuel. I have extensive mods but so do they. I have still been beat by them even at my last race, but I have beat them and their times are not much better than what I run. Alot is in the rider.
