Nice fabricating job! You need to get the pipe away from that last fin - or insulate the two. If not you'll have a major hot spot in the cylinder.

Look closer, he didn't add any extra fins, he just made the stock fins bigger by fabricating some new ones and welding them in place. Very nice job. Am I right? Someone needs to get this guy off the site because all he does is makes us all wish we had money.

no its not my engine,,,,,,,,,but i do have the frame and aluminum subframe. The subframe has been cleared,,,,,,but I powdered the frame once and it wasnt up to par so i had it sandblasted and am doing it again. It took $255.00 and 2.5 hours to sand blast off the powder i put on the first time, and there is still spots i have to clean up with stripper:eek:

The motor is a Trinity 465 Stroker. The big finned head was done by XR's Only (AKA: Al Bakers) The porting and polishing was done by Trinity.
I keep my motor that clean!!!! The trick is to spray it down with oven cleaner while it is hot!
CW.......to anwser your question........I am dying for my frame.....but I don't want you to rush it.
