Just Picked up a 86 250R Fourtrax

This thing is pretty sweet! its all stock only a FMF Fatty Pipe, still on teh stock bore, so heres the question I am going to just bore it over 1 and go with a CR250 head gasket <-what year? also I was told the Rad Valve was good, or go with a CR250 Reed cage and reeds<--again what year? do you need the boot also?

the gasket you want is from an 1989 cr250

I so happen to have a cr gasket and a boyesen rad valve for sale. gasket is new the radvalve is like new still got the box and a new gasket for that as well 80 shipped for the pair as long as your in the US.

i got brand new tie rod ends for $110 shipped.
still in packages, brand new, packages still sealed.
i got them, and i ended up needing the long travel ends instead.

Well haven't done a compression test yet, but im betting at 20 years on the motor the rings might be a bit worn, even the cylinder might show some ware, plus with putting a thinner gasket on will add compression, and it will be a freash top end to last another 5 years
