Maier or Fullbore?

i think fullbore look the best but they are a bit pricy at $259 each both front and rear. maier are good too and at a good price at about 150 dollars each at motosportoutlet.com especially with a 450r hood. http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d153/fastyz85/quad027012.jpg

I fullbore. I didnt like the fit on my Maiers .nothing lined up properly ect...and sold them for fullbore. I have heard they are better fit now and are cheaper than fullbore ,its all in preference but fullbore is my favorite.

I race my 400 in XC and I want silver plastic but it needs to be full fender.

Your a-arms chrome? Or are they Powder coated chrome?

Thats Tight!!! One of my buddies has Some silver plastic for sale But I rather spend my money right now on nerfs and steering damp.

GO w/ laker. Better than maier, cheaper than fullbore. Fits perfect, no holes to drill and is just as durable a fulbore. Believe me, I've had both (had fullbore on my old R). Plus it kinda brings ur 400 back to 2006. Plus it throws alot of people off when they see it ;)

Mines the black quad on the first page, when people see my quad they are completely boggled they usually think its a 450r but sometimes they tell me I have a sick raptor lol.

hey pismo sorry for using yours as an example its just your quad is sick, i have it bookmarked and want to make mine look like that only with maybe a set of dmp graphics. and krt400ex i can't take credit for someone else's quad pismo's right its his, but mine will look like that once im done my rebuild.

O no go ahead and post it if you want, I post other people quads all the time. It makes me proud that my quad is being used as an example for having sick plastics. Thanks for the compliment.

no prob pismo just keep building those sweet quads.:devil: like i said before i think fullbores look the best without a hood or nothing, but i personnely i like the maier with a 450r hood like pismos. sorry to change the subject before but proceed.

that's alright, i've done that before. but sometimes it helps to tell everyone that u r posting someoneelses quad. it is still a sick machine anyway

I love my fulllbores!! If i had a dime for for every person who looked at it trying to figure it out! Most people think that is a yahmaha 450... Just because my frame is blue and plastic is white!
