DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY DIAGRAMS OR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REBUILD SHOCKS FRONT AND REAR ON 400 EX WITHOUT HELP OF A DEALER?

The fronts are not rebuildable.

My suggestion would be to send them to Colby at C&D Racing and have him do it. He can convert them to dual or triple rates too if you want and make them ZPS. That's the key. Otherwise, sorry bro, no diagrams.
