Hey guys, I see a lot about these "slip-ons" for the exhaust for 4 strokes? What exactly are these, and do they help at all really?

Also, when I see the sizing for a tire, for example: 20x12.5-10

How do I know if that will fit my rims? The 20 Im assuming is the diameter of the outside of the tire, but whats the other numbers?? Thanks a lot guys.

well slip on it refering to the muffler just like a car its just a new muffler that u have to pay $300 dollars for...

and as for the tires ya 20 tires total hieght X tires width X rims height .

hope that helps

One more question: Long Travel A-arms? Does that mean you need long travel shocks, or will stock suspension still work with those?

slip-ons are exactly there name, it slips onto your stock headpipe.these are a better choice for mostly stock engines with maybe a filter. once you get into higher compression pistons and bore kits, thats when a full system is best. As far as the tire thing goes its really very simple. 20 being the diameter, 12.5 being the width(although i think there is no 12.5 tire.lol), and 10 being the rim size. the last number on the tire size must match the size of the rim to fit correctly. and yes with a LT suspension u must have LT shocks. hope this helps.

x2, slip ons do add in power, usually in the bottom and mid range

Will 250R parts fit a 400ex? Mostly wondering about the axle and shocks...but anything else?

I'm pretty sure the axle and shocks mount right up no problems. You can use the carrier, the rear shock, and probably some other stuff too.
