Keihin FCR39MM... 6 HP Gain?

I spoke to a guy at Carburetor Parts Warehouse and was told that I'd gain 6 HP on a otherwise stock 400 EX with the 39's. Is this true? I think the price was $450.

I don't know if you can get 6 hp out of it on a stock motor. I would say yes to a moded motor. When you buy it make sure it comes with everything, cable, jets, manifolds. K&K Atv took me for a ride on one that I got from them. :mad: I think you can get them cheaper else where.

Yes, that price is with everything. Cable, adapter plate, K&N Filter, etc. I was thinking about a Sparks pipe but now I'm leaning towards the carb.
