I am very new to the Hybrids. My buddie might buy a 400ex frame CRF450 Hybrid. Is ther anything I need to look at before buying? I know the normal quad routine. But is there anything special about these hybrids I need to know about?

Thanks

Its just a usual hybrid as far as I can think of.
-Kickstart extension should need to be made
-Need a radiator
-Motor mounts welded
-Carb to aixbox may be tricky
-Exhaust will need to be fabbed or bought

I'm selling a CRF450 motor if he's interested, lmk!

The reason for a hybrid is you want a frame that is based on a 250R geometry. That IS and has always been the best handling bike. Then you add a 450 4 stroke motor and you have the best of both worlds. Anything less is just kinda not worth the time and hard work. Just me input.:D
