am curious how does a 300ex compare to a 350 yamaha warrior and a 400ex?

it doesn't compare.... If you went with a 300 you would out grow really quickly. I would go with the 400 and just start slow on it, you will be comfortable with it in no time, and you will be glad you have the extra power...

exactly i had a 1987 honda 250x(same as a 300ex) and i outgrew the power that had real quick. not to mention the HUGE suspension and handling difference in the two

the warrior and ther 300ex are pretty comparable...the warrior is faster, but not by a whole lot...the ex handles better and weighs less, so in tight trails, the ex has no problem keeping up with a warrior. even possibly being faster with the right operator.

as far as those 2 to a 400ex...no comparison...the 400 out shine s both in any category you could think of...
