axle/carrier question

bout a month ago the bearings in my carrier went and my carrier grinded away. i replaced them. 2 weeks later the same thing happens on the oppistie side. would a bent axle do this?

ok, i just bought a new after billet carrier again(80$shipped) and i bought a new stock axle and hub for (55 shipped). i was running a gforce, but im bying a pit bike and i dont wanna blow all my money on an axle.
