hot rods 460 stroker kit

i have a 400ex and it is bored into a 440ex and the bore is an 89mm bore with an 88.95mm piston , but i want the 460 stroker and it requires the special 89mm piston that hot rods has for it but do i have to bore it out more to accept the larger piston or not because i thought your suppose to have a smaller piston than the bore i thought

hey i know this is not an answer to your question but i was wondering where can you get the stroker kit and do they have one for the 416

if the bore is not messed up to bad you could get someone to throw a hone in it and it would probably be alright. if you talk to a member named chad502ex he could probably answer any question you have. hope that helps.
