Hey guys I just got my high rev box and I installed it on my 300EX but it wont start, it tries but just cant do it. What do I need to do now? It is jetted, has the full fmf exhaust, opened up the air box, and uni filter.

Clean all of your connections. You probably have an oxidized 12v connection not allowing it to get a good spark.

if what bwamos said dosent work, put the stocker back on and see if it works, you could have just got a bad part

everything looks pretty clean. it works great with the stock box though.

ahhh! You got the wrong type of box! You got the kind that your battery has to be FULLY charged in order to start. Throw it on a 12v low charger and let it charge up.

nope it is charged all the way, i think it may be a faulty box.

Yeah it's entirely possible you just got a bum box...what brand did you get?...was it new or used?

I've got a brand new Hot Shot coming...should be here by Thursday...I hope MINE works!

Aye, probably have a bad box, or the wrong box.
Mey have even accidentally gotten a 250x box which won't work. Different wiring.

where did you plug it in at? On the left or right side of the quad? Cause a friend of mine pluged it in the wrong place and it blew it. Its also possible you got a bad one, I got one and the place wouldnt let me return it!! So either way your screwed..:ermm:

The box is a procom box, the package says magnum cdi/rev limiter Honda TRX300EX (all) on it so I would think it was the right one. Hopefully the place I got it from will replace it, if not at least I didnt pay to much for a hunk of junk.
