Whats the average price per say on re-jetting at a shop? Just a rough guestimate would be fine. I am wanting a ball park price for after I get my full system on, unless rejetting is easy to do yourself?

Around Indiana a Shop price per hour is $45 average. give or take $15. Jetting is accually simple to do. Buy yourself a manual for example I Clymer Manual and read up. You will save yourself alot of mula. Also if you know anyone in the area that has done it before have them show you.

There is a little more to jetting if you want your quad to run at peak performance then just taking the bowl off andf screwing a new jet into place. You need to test and tune it as well.
