i have noticed that people take off the light pod on there handle bars that have the oil light and nutral lights and ignition how do i take that off and where do i mount the ignition at

You can use a small flat screwdriver to pop off the covers for the reverse/neutral lights and key switch then remove the handle bar cover. The key switch can be mounted in the plastic on the left side just below the bars and the rev/neutral lights can be mounted on flat area on the back of the headlight housing so that they face the rider. If I remember right a 1/2" hole is perfect for the lights and about a 3/4" hole for the ignition.
