Okay, Im going to do this quick so its not so painful. 2000 Scrambler 400 4x4. This quad is in very nice shape. It has a completely redone engine in it with all the performance goodies.. such as Weisco Pistion, bored .40 over, ported and polished and Boyesen 6 Petal Reeds. It runs very well and very fast. It has an aftermarket exhaust, aluminum rims, tether switch, twist throttle, ect ect..
Everything on this Scrambler is 100 percent tight. Theres no play in the steering at all!!! Has all new bushings, tie rod ends, tie rods, ect.. Everything kept up and checked on. Fluids were just replaced, even the counter balance. I also have the oil injector blocked off and running 40:1 mix.
The overall appearance is good with your typical scratches on the plastic. There is 2 small cracks in the rear plastic that has been repaired (stitched). Still looks good. I was going to get new rear plastic off of ebay but didn't think it was that bad at all. Its very cheap if you want rear plastic off of ebay. The only other problem I THINK may need attention to in the future is the rear shock. It MAY need rebuilt eventually. It rides fine but seems to sit a bit low.. you maybe able to adjust it and that could fix it. You could still ride it now no problem at all.
I have the title for this quad. Im asking $2600. Only selling it because I want to use the money to build my 250r the way I want it. Im really going to miss this quad if it sells. This is my 3rd Scrambler and by far my favorite... This is by far the tightest Scrambler I ever rode and really want to keep it... just cant do nor have it all. Its either the Scrambler or the 250r.. and I cant get rid of the 250r...too nice :(
