Well I was riding today and i was sliding thru a corner and I hit a rut flipped twice and fell off it landed head first (THANK GOD FOR HELMETS). My question is the only thing that bent was this thing below my handle bars check out some pics i do not know what it is called.

Yep deffinately a steering stem... I did the same thing, just a little worse. I bought mine off of ebay, it was brand new oem Honda part and it was $54 , very easy to change, just be sure to pack some grease in at the bottom where your bearing is. You can spend a bit more money and get a stronger one, or you can just not crash again, and save a buck. I chose not to crash. I was inexperienced when I bent mine, but I haven't had a problem since....

Did the same thing to mine... very easy fix. It was right around 60 from bike bandit I believe. Bar clamps, two bolts and a nut and your home free.

that is a steering stem and they r pretty easy to replace. u will need a new one though, u can't bend them back(without worrying that they will be structurely sound)

Just replaced mine a few weeks ago...

You don't need to remove the bars from the clamp unless they are bent too, just unbolt the clamps from the stem.

After you do that and remove the upper bushing clamp (front plastic needs to be removed) lift the quad up on the grab bar. This way it's easier to remove the tie rods and the bolt that holds the stem in place.

Yeah stems are cheap and easy to replace! i have Renthal twinwall bars, needless to say, every time i flip hard enough to bend something... the Renthals arent what bends, and ive had some massive flips, so i think ive been through 4 stock stems, but theyre cheap so... it aint bad
