Tires, Wheels, Lift, Exhaust, Intake and it will be a good truck..Allthough it is a Dodge.. :ermm:

My dad had a 98 V6 5 speed 2WD Extended Cab 240,000 miles it still ran strong when he sold it.I did't like Dodge but that truck changed my mind.
