has anyone here tried the james lucky bead breaker? i know there are cheaper ones out there, but i haven't heard anything good about the cheap ones. i've heard from one person that the jl one works, but would like to get confirmation from other folks.

ps, i know i can take my wheels to tire shops, wal-mart, etc., to get this done, but i'd like to be able do it myself.

Rico do you have any Pictures of your Stock Rims with the Razrs? How are the Rims holding up?

onoly pics I got of it is from the hatfield trip and the 416's so muddy ya can't see anything on it. the stock rims have been holding up just fine,,,as big as the tires are i don't see anything even getting to the rims to hurt them..

Yeah I think I am gonna save some Money and just put some Razrs on the Stock Rims for now. Some day I will get some OMF or Hiper Rims if I need them.

I have a jl bead breaker works well. They stock tires are a pain in the arse to get off but i have changed tires back and forth quite a bit. No more work than using the machines at the tire places i have done that too. worth the money to me how many tires i have changed it cost me 25$ dollars to get tires switch thats why i just bought one in the long run it will work out.

Rico I have one of those and it is not all that great. If You get one make sure you mount it to something solid. You still need a bead breaker.

Its ikinda funny, But I use a fork lift to break the beads on my tires. Works like a charm and I don't have to bust ***.
