I woke up at 7:30 this morning with golf ball size hail hitting the house, and that is small compared to other places around here. some places had hail up grape fruit size, and that was just this morning and stuff like this went on all day. this afternoon then is when a tornado, or several, tracked across the same path that had an F4 and F3 tornado took back in 1998. These tornadoes didnt appear to be that big but they deffintly were not small. atleast 12 people were hurt, a couple serious, but nobody was killed. my cousin and i have prolly hundreds of pictures from today, as soon as he sends them to me i will post up some of the better ones.

no real damage to our property, besides the trees being stripped a little bit. this is really going to hurt the farmers since most of the crops in this area are destroyed.

It hit here in SW Wisconsin pretty bad as well...2 nights ago there were tornados spotted everywhere, our tornado whistle went off 3 times within like 15 mins. And then yesterday we had some mild hail, only about the size of a nickle...

Sound liek weather is worse elsewhere in the country.. Ernesto was supposed to be worse down here but thankfully all it was was some rain and the wind wasnt so bad....

This happened RIGHT behind my house... We had a F1 about 10 years ago but that was a freak storm basically..

Weather's getting weird

LANDENBERG, Pa. (AP) - There is extensive damage in Chester County from a storm that touched down in New Garden Township.

A National Weather Service meteorologist says it looks like the storm was a tornado, but that determination won't be made until someone from the agency visits the scene.

Heavy winds ripped roofs from buildings and sent tree branches across roads in the afternoon storm, which did extensive damage to the area's mushroom farmers.

thats all of them. this tornado was rated F3 with winds between 158-206 mph. one person was killed and nearly 3 dozen people hurt. it was on the ground and went through 2 counties and 3 different towns
