300ex carb needle adjustment

I take the top of the carb off and see the arm and the plunger. It looks as if I pull that out and I assume the needle is on there somewhere. Is there a pic of this so I know what to do? I have to adjust the needle down a clip or raise the needle out a little more. I am getting a little popping on high deceleration and I have upped the pilot as much as suggested. This would be the next logical step.
