Itunes problem

My sister has an ipod nano and she has bought songs but they do not show up on her ipod. I also have a nano and have not had one problem. It will also say the file is lost or can not be found. I have been messing around with it but can't figure out what the problem is. I tried Itunes website and clicked on what the problem is in the faq section and it comes up with a page can not be found window. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

When you double click it in iTunes, does the song play? If not the file has been moved and that is the problem.

No it does not play. How do I relocate the file?

You got to find where the file moved too. Open up "my computer" and start going through the files and find the songs yourself. Once you find them, then go back to Itunes and when it says locate file, then you'll know where you stored the songs;) Hope that helped ya!

I hate Itunes, wmp is what I've used for years..I guess most people like Itunes instead of wmp. But, what ever floats your boat. Do you have to have Itunes to load songs on the Ipod or are the allternatives to loading them ?
