batteries different?

hey guys...
i was just wondering if any other batteries from other quads would meet the qualifications for a 300exs motor? i called up to a few places and i new batt. is 65 buks! but i was wondering.a thanks in advance have a good one.

they are the same as the 400ex battery...

i have had 3 of these batteries...one in the 300ex, one in the 400ex, which i gave to my brother-in-law when he needed one, and another in the 400ex as a replacement for the one i gave to my brother in law. the oldest one is 3 years old and still going strong...
