Which Cam is the best for the 400ex?ive heard wb and the xr cam.i do alot of woods riding and hill climbing.which would be the best one for me?

TC Racing and Four Stroke Tech have XC Racing Cams that many of the Top Guys in GNCC like Greg Trew and Chad Duvall are running.

I used a web cam before and it was excellent especially for the type of riding you do. It's there 450/451 grind cam. It's also a drop in cam meaning you don't need hard faced rockers or titanium valve springs. All stock components work great. I currently have a duncan racing mx cam.

Does Duncan have a XC Style Cam? Also do you need Valve Springs and Rockers for their Cams?

yeah, they got a cam designed for more xc riding. With all there cams, you need valves and rockers though:(
