CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IF THE NEW RAPTOR 700 A-ARMS WILL FIT ON A 660 RAPTOR?

No they won't fit. The Raptor 700 and the YFZ450 will interchange.

You can use Raptor 700 or YFZ shocks on your Raptor though.
