head pipe louder?

my neighbors and i were argueing if the slip on or full system is louder. i said full system but they said it was the same because just the slip on makes the noise. does any one know?

it might be deeper with an oversize head pipe cuz thats what makes trucks deeper.... maybe its same wit quads
