Has anybody ever seen plastic like this before? The guy says it's all one piece molded.
I'd like to find a blue set like this as I hate that maier has the bolt holes in the front of the 88 hood. He doesn't know the make.

They look like full bores but I know the tank cover isn't molded into one piece.

Could these be custom? I would think it would be really hard to do one offs of.

Well I don't know where you got Fullbore from, but they look nothing like Fullbores. They look more like Maiers than anything. Maybe an old style of Maiers, or maybe UFO plastic. They don't look like Laker Customs ether.

I've never seen Maiers with the cut out for the rad fill either!!! This is a mystery!

they look most similar to full bores. the rears are identical to the full bores i have, and they do have the cut for the rad. cap.

I'm not sure of the name but I think it was Motion Pro used to sell one piece like that back in the mid 90's. Wow, I sound old!!!

My guess would be on the motion pro plastic dont look like fullbores other than the cut out for the radiator. fullbores are ribbed to add strength those arent ribbed. the rears could pass as maiers

I'm not sure whose it is, but it looks to be higher quality than any other aftermarket plastic out there. The lines are crisp, the vent holes on the sides near the tank are open and the fit looks to be really good.

So I came across this and figure this is an old set of full bore.

http://www.e-z.net/~fullbore/

From the site
We no longer offer a head-lighted version on the 250 R and the 400 EX, and are suggesting that the "Trail-Tech" lighting system be incorporated to the Œ88 & Œ89 Honda 250 R bikes as well as the 400EX bikes.

I'm guessing this means that they used to offer a headlighted version of the 250R plastic. They take custom orders so I'm going to see if I can get a set like this custom ordered.
