trx 450r front shocks nitrogen psi

I'm rebuilding a set of stock 450r front shocks and need to know how many psi of nitrogen they take.

I read in Dirtwheels that Ohlins recommends 180 to 200psi.

works, axis, and pep recommend 200 pounds, elka and ohlins recommend 150. that's straight from dirtwheels, january 06 book.
