ok i recently bought my son a 99 blaster as far as i know it is stock bore and stock carb. has a new clutch with heavy springs it has a trenga pipe and graydon silencer. the bike revs good in neutral or with the clutch pulled in but put it in gear and take off it bogs down and has no power. the main jet is a 230rd and ive checked the reeds there ok not sure what the jetting should be any information would be great thanks.

thats the stock jet, meaning no one re-jetted when the put the pipe on. try a 260 main and see how it runs

I have a 95 blaster and when I put on a DMC alien exhaust it recommended a #260 main jet, 32.5 pilot and the needle on the 5th groove. Big difference when I put it to those specs.
