ques. about 250rs

Hey I am thinking about buying a 250r. First of all how reliable are they, If i bought one would it break down all the time? How well are they built, and since there so old is the engine and chassis obsolite? Also would it be ok to use one for trail riding? Please help me by answering those questions.

1. Reliability same as any other quad, it's dependent on preventative maintence.
2. They are well built. Engine parts are still available new. Aftermarket frames can still be purchased new, stock frames are no longer made but there are still plenty of used ones.
3. The R makes a great trail quad if set up properly(porting, gearing, tires)
