416 gaskets

My cylinder is out getting bored to a 416 and HD head studs put in will I need different gaskets to fit the bore or can I use stock? some 1 told me that it will hang over a lil

my dad called Colby at C&D racing and ordered some stuff, Colby said something like this "you dont need hd studs, it will be fine without them. new gaskets will slighty raise compression but you dont need to have them"

not those exact words, but my dad said he said something like that

i would get the one made for the 416 (87mm) bore. the stock one will fit but i would get the correct one if it was me.

Agreed. Get the right ones. You can get them from Wiseco, JE, Cometic, etc.
