Has anyone used this mod on a FCR carb or a 450R. My buddy is using it on his DS650 with good results.

Dial a Jets are JUNK and a waste of money. Do not buy one. just jet yours in good and you wont have any problems. JMO

Actually I have installed quite a few of them latley and had had nothing but good results from them. Installation is pretty simple and i noticed a power gain on all of the machines. If anyone is interested we sell them for $68 plus $9.50 for the snorkel kit

any drilling involved with the carb.

not on most newer 4 strokes.
