I'm new to messing with my front end but i just put on +2 Houser arms on my quad. I go t the tire rods adjusted out so that when the quad is sitting on the ground they are staight. But when I put it on the stand earlier I noticed that the tires were now toed in a lot more than they should be. I thought this might be a problem when it is in the air and the tires are toed inwards and not straight.

they do that in the air but as soon as you come back down they straiten back up. No worried, its because when the quad is in the air you put everything in a different angle, so when you do that the ties arent long or short enough to compensate for that. Also when you compress the shocks they do the opposite, they tow out just a little.

To get the perfect measurment you want to be sitting on the machine and have the wheels be towed in 1/8- 1/4 of and inch total from the back. So basically your will read the larger number towards the rear of the tire.
Always make sure the bars are strait also:p

Definatly shouldn't be that toed in fully extended.

Are the tie-rod ends in the right spot, as in, are they on the bottom of the spindle? It looks like the tie-rods arn't at the right angle, they should be basically parallel with the arms.

wow that is wrong. From the pic it looks like you have your tie rods going to the top side of the spindle mount. They need to be on the bottom. That should help a lot.

I run my machine with 1/8" to 1/4" toe out. It tracks really well and isn't as twitchy in the turns. I'd recommend giving that a shot. Just make sure that both tie rods are set up "exactly" the same length.

LMAO!! I was just going to mention that because I had the same problem on my T-Maxx not too long ago. Smaller machine, same principle.:D

Actually Im even surprised everything mounted up like that. Usually the clearance on the spindles is so tight that if you do what you did, the tie-rod ends will rub on the front rims.
