Well as of now I have the Fasst handlebars and the Powermadd star series hangaurds. I went to install the pro design kill switch and theres NO room for the kill switch to mount. So thinking in priorities I took of the hand gaurds and installed the switch because I need the kill switch for races. Anyways, what do you guys do about this, where did you mount your kill switch?? also i have my key and lights zip-tied in position, I need help on deciding how to mount the key and lights permanently!!

Thanks, Josh

I dont have a 400ex with your setup , but it can work with yours. Make a little plate that attaches to the top of the handlebar mount for the kill switch. Its right in front of you. Now you can also put you handgaurds on. Now for you lights and keys , just drill holes with the correct sizes. Then disconnect the wires for the lights and the key, run them thru the holes and reconnect.

I 4got for the holes for the lights and key , you can drill them on either side of the quads plastics , or you can make a bigger plate to put the key and lights in it.

i slide my bar pad all the way over, then put foam inside the killswitch around the one cross bar, then used big zip ties and put them around the whole cross bar over the killswitch to hold it

heres wat I did...I got the red pad from the handlebars then I cut it so it would fit around the crossbars in the middle. I then had to trim the red absorber to make the kill switch fit nicely. I then cut the foam and then the cover. I think it turned out nicely and looks well too. Pictures suck so tell me if ya want more. Also I got this tip from another member, he was very helpful.

Thanks for all your help!!

buy a Pro Armor kill switch, it will mount on the fat part of the flexx bars (on one side of the clamp)

i was talking about the pro armors...i had 2 of them replaced by pro armor for breaking and when those 2 broke i said screw it...time for a pro design 2 years now and has not broke!

it would brake inside where the t handle round part went in. it sucks during a race trying to get to the wire to pull so you can continue!
