motor build. wut to get?

i bought an 06 450r, and am for sure getting a 13.5 to one piston, and a rossier pipe... being a wisconsin home boy. lol. the cam is wut im not sure about. i was thinking about the stage 3 hotcam... but everywhere i look it says stroker only. i hear sparks is a good cam, but 350 for a cam?

im an A class MX rider... just made the switch from a 250r. Rossier uses webcams. and if im correct, to use a webcam u have to shorten ur valve guides. making ur motor more of a time bomb.

ive heard good things about the HRC and the HC2.

my question is about the stage 3 hotcam. ive heard the HRC cam is an all around cam, that picks up from top to bottom. sparks is a mid to top... and the hotcams are mid to top, according to their site... if the sparks and stage 3 are relatively the same... ill just get the hstage 3

Send your head to TC for a port job and cam. Run a 13:1 or 11.5:1 weisco, throw a Stock clutch with Hinson basket in there, along with a Vortex x10 CDI. Also an airfilter of your choice. The rossier pipe will go great with this motor...

With those mods it will pull, hard. Then if you want you can get an FCR carb for better throttle response.

This is exactly the motor I ran in my 04 450r and I always ran front of the A class. And i know for a fact that the 2006 will pull even harder than mine did.

THE HRC kit is a good idea because it performs alot better than a stock bike and even fast and more HP because i have it and it goes fast on the beach and even in drags

not completely true, but should be used with other components such as HC big bore piston, filter, pipe, ect....

how would the stroker cam work with a 13.5:1 piston and a rossier pipe? im just worried about valves hitting the piston.

im not sendign it anywhere to get ported.... im in college and cant afford that kinda stuff. im runnin the rossier pipe because 1. its from wisconsin. 2. they are helping me out with a good deal. and my origional question was not about piston or pipe. it was about wut cam to get.
