400ex/450R suspension

I have a set of 400ex Stadium front shocks that are full ajustable (preload,compresion hi/low and rebound) want to know if they can work on a 450R.

I know that 450R have gaz suspension but I think that mine is better!

I know the 450r fronts fit on the 400ex. so the 400 shocks should fit the 450

what I don't know it's for the lenght

If a 450R have longer shocks,then on a 400ex the front will be a little upper but 400 shocks on a 450R will drop the front a little...

its going to lower the front end and the stroke will be all wrong...your better off with the 450 shocks
